Administration in bankruptcy is a service offered by the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce’s external department, the Office of the Government Trustee (OGT).
The OGT provides support to Jamaicans to ensure fairness in business and consumer empowerment and protection with a low-cost solution for insolvency administration. The Department must be appointed by the Supervisor of Insolvency or the Supreme Court to undertake personal and corporate insolvency matters within international standards and best practices.
