Hutchinson proposes restitution for victims of praedial larceny

Hutchinson, has reiterated his proposal for a revision of the Agricultural Produce Act to include restitution for farmers who are victims of praedial larceny. The Ministry, working its stakeholders is primarily responsible for business policy development, monitoring and evaluation, while giving direction and oversight to a cluster of implementing departments and agencies.
