Director-General, Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Jose Graziano da Silva (left) delivers a Statement to the Ministerial Session on day two of the 35th Session of the FAO Regional Conference for Latin America and the Caribbean being held at the Montego Bay Convention Centre, Rose Hall, Montego Bay from March 5-8, 2018. In his statement, the Director-General reiterated the need to eradicate hunger and malnutrition in the region. He also noted that it is important for the FAO to work to align its goals to that of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
